Speaker Introduction: Professor Stewart is the Director of the Translational Genomics Laboratory at the Ruddy Cardiovascular Genetics Centre, Ottawa Heart Institute, and a Professor at the University of Ottawa. His expertise lies in the genetic and inflammatory mechanisms of coronary artery disease (CAD), arterial calcification, and osteoporosis. He has been awarded the Ottawa Heart Institute’s Researcher of the Year and has published numerous research findings in top international journals.
