Total Prizes of NT$6 Million Awarded to Seek Outstanding Biotech Talents Nationwide to Compete for Taiwan's Top Biotech Honors!
The Taipei Bio Awards is the only government-sponsored, free-of-charge, and highest-awarded competition exclusively for the biotech industry. Through a fair, rigorous, and professional review process, it has established itself as the 'Biotech Oscar' in the industry. Over the past 20 years, it has successfully identified 273 outstanding biotech companies and research institutes across the nation, awarding a total of NT$196 million in prizes and becoming the best booster for corporate image!
The 2024 Taipei Bio Awards focuses on four main axes: encouraging enterprise innovation, cross-domain development, global布局, and industry-academia-research cooperation. It has established awards such as the Innovative Technology Award, International Advancement Award, Technology Transfer and Collaboration Award, and Cross-Domain Excellence Award. In addition to the generous cash prizes, winning enterprises will also have the opportunity to participate in domestic and international biotech exhibitions with the Taipei City Government, shining on the global biotech stage!
In addition, to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Taipei Bio Awards, this year's Innovative Technology Award will be divided into the Medical Device Group and the Pharmaceutical and Applied Biotechnology Group for the first time, and listed companies will be allowed to apply. The number of winners has doubled to encourage more biotech innovation and development enterprises to participate. In addition, to further encourage Taipei City-based biotech enterprises, a special Taipei Bio Star Award has been established. Biotech companies that self-apply for the Taipei Bio Awards this year and are established in Taipei City will be selected for special recognition based on their effective and distinctive development.
The deadline for application for the 2024 Taipei Bio Awards is May 31st.
