The park offers standard floor specifications of 4.5 meters and 6 meters, and special biotech-specific equipment such as power supply, smoke exhaust, ventilation, drainage, and wastewater treatment facilities to enable rapid and efficient occupancy and operation for companies. The park also includes a versatile space of 500 ping (approximately 1,655 square meters) for international conferences and performing arts, providing approximately 350 seats.
